马中总商会欣见中国主席习近平新著《习近平谈治国理政》第三卷的诞生，这本书除了是各国领袖必读书籍，更值得让企业界人士参考学习。

 

这著作记戴了习主席及中国政府的因应政策思维及经验总结，面对种种新局势新挑战，一次又一次地完成任务，有效地振兴囯家、为民纾困。

 

其中让世人留下最深刻的印象，莫过于中国政府在抗疫过程中颁布的封城与居家隔离的政策，都在极短时间内取得预期成果。不仅疫情全面受到控制，就连经济也在短期内复苏；如今，中国人民已恢复如常的生活。

 

反观我国目前仍走在抗疫和复苏经济途中，政府不妨向中国取经，从习主席治理国策和行政经验撷取精髓并加以落实，这将有助于促进马中两国全方位的互助合作，达至双赢。

这著作中最引我注目包括中国脫贫攻坚的成果，其坚持精准脫贫方法，包括扶持对象，项目安排，资金使甪，措施到戶等，确实提高了工作实效，值得政界及企业家借鑑。

 

马中总商会鼓励会员阅读习主席这本著作，从他的人生与领导历练中学习，如何实务地应对各种挑战，以便广泛应用于企业、人际、组织管理等。有者在阅读《习近平谈治国理政》第一和第二卷后，主动向我们回馈，希望能索取这本最新书籍，可见大家受惠良多，啓迪颇深。

The Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce welcomes the launch of the third volume of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, which is a must-read for political leaders of all countries, as well as for the business community.

 

This book is a record of the policy thinking and experience of President Xi Jinping and the China government in the face of new situations and challenges, which have time and again accomplished the task of effectively revitalizing the country and providing relief to the people.

 

One of the most impressive achievement was the way China manage the Covid-19 outbreaks. The policies of city closure and home quarantine enacted by the China government achieved the desired results in a very short period of time. Not only the pandemic is now under control, but the economy also recovered in a short period of time; today, the China people have returned to their normal lives.

 

However, we are still in the process of fighting the pandemic and recovering economy, our government may wish to learn from China's experience and the essence of President Xi's governance policies and administrative experience, which will help promote mutual cooperation between Malaysia and China on all fronts, leading to a win-win situation.

 

One of the salient content in this book that attracted  my attention was the result of fighting poverty, including identify the poor accurately, arrange targeted programs, utilize capital efficiently, take household-based measures and so on, which has indeed improved the effectiveness of the work and is worthy of reference by entrepreneurs.

 

The MCCC encourages our members to read this book to learn from President Xi Jinping’s life and leadership experiences, and how to deal with challenges in a practical manner so that they can be widely applied to business, interpersonal and organisational management. Some of our members who have read volume I and II of The Governance of China come forward requesting for a copy of this latest book, which shows how much they have benefited from it.

 

What is even more encouraging is that the English edition of this book, for Malaysians who are not fluent in Chinese, can get an insight into the policy of China including current situation and future trends.

 

I am convinced that if one is willing to read and study this book, one will be able to understand the development of China's political, economic, cultural and education landscape, as well as the business and trade opportunities between Malaysia and China.
